Stuffed Gram Dal Puris

Ingredients: 

  • Flour one kg, 
  • Chickpeas one kg, 
  • Ghee 300 grams, 
  • Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom (10, 10 grams each), 
  • Black and Red chilies (20, 20 grams each),
  • Saffron 10 grams, 
  • Ginger one tablespoon
  • Salt 50 grams
  • Yogurt 250 grams.

Recipe: 

First boil the dal and fry it in 250 grams of ghee. When half cooked, add whole curd and 20 grams of salt and fry very well so that all the curd is absorbed. The dal should be fried well, then mix the spices and keep it. Then, in another bowl add 250 grams of ghee to the flour and knead it with milk or cold water and make puris and fill them with already cooked lentils mixture and fry them in ghee. 

Delicious😋 Gram Dal Puris are ready to eat serve them with sauce, pickle and fried green chillies to enhance the flavor. They are very good and tasty.
