Crispy Minced Samosas

 

A mouth watering fried pastry (called samosa) stuffed with a savory filling of minced meat 🥩, potato 🥔, macaroni, spaghetti 🍝, vegetables or cheese 🧀 and many other ingredients. Crispy crunchy appetizers which are eaten all around the world eagerly. 

Samosas can be made with chicken, mutton or beef minced. They oil fried, Air Fried or can be Baked. Just like nuggets one can also keep it in freezer for later use.

Here we will make Crispy Minced Samosas with ground beef. To make Crispy Minced Samosas following ingredients and Recipe have to be followed;

Ingredients:

  • Flour one kilo, 
  • Onion, 
  • Beef mincemeat one kilo, 
  • Curd half cup, 
  • Green chillies 10, 
  • Salt to taste, 
  • Garlic half chopped (ground), 
  • Ginger half an inch piece, 
  • Red chillies one teaspoon (ground),
  • Ground coriander one teaspoon, 
  • White cumin one teaspoon.


Recipe:

Finely chop the onion and fry it with the minced meat by adding spices. Then, add a little water and keep it on low heat. When it gets tender, add chopped green chillies and frying again after frying take it off the stove. Now swift the flour and knead it with water. While kneading, add a little salt and then roll the breads. Put the mince in each roti and roll it into a cute little Triangle. Heat oil in a pan and fry them. For cripy samosas first fry them in low flame and after 2 to 3 minutes turn the flame 🔥 into medium high for beautiful golden brown colour. When the desired colour and crispiness attained, take the samosas out of the oil and put them on tissue paper for the removal of excess oil.
