Ingredients:
- Milk one cup,
- Carrot (Grated) one kilogram,
- Saffron one pinch,
- Oil one cup,
- Sugar one cup,
- Khoya 250 grams.
Recipe:
Put milk in a pot and boil it well for 5 to 10 minutes. Now add the grated carrots and mix well. Let it cook on low heat and keep stirring the spoon for a while. When the milk dries up well, add a pinch of saffron and fry more. Now add oil and sugar to it and mix well. Now add Khoya and fry more.
Delicious, sweet smelling, delicious carrot halwa is ready.
