| Spanish Fry Fish |
Ingredients:
- One kilo of fish meat,
- Salt to taste,
- Two to three cloves of garlic,
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper,
- Half a teaspoon of mustard paste,
- Two teaspoons of hard lemon,
- Flour as needed,
- Half a cup of breadcrumbs. ,
- Fresh parsley two to three stalks,
- Cooking oil as needed.
Recipe:
Wash and dry the fish fillets and apply mustard
paste on it. Put four tablespoons of flour and breadcrumbs in a bowl, add salt
and coarsely ground black pepper. Roll the fish fillets well in this mixture
and fry in cooking oil. To make this sauce, heat four tablespoons of cooking
oil and add a teaspoon of lemon peel to it, when fragrant, add crushed garlic
and fry lightly. Then add two tablespoons of flour and fry it. When the flour
is fried, add two to three tablespoons of lemon juice and a little water and
cook until it becomes slightly thick and finally add finely chopped parsley.
