Ingredients:
- Four eggs,
- Salt to taste,
- One teaspoon of ground black pepper,
- Four to six mushrooms,
- Half a cup of cheddar cheese,
- One teaspoon of fresh parsley,
- One small packet of chips,
- Cooking oil as needed.
Recipe:
- Grate the cheddar cheese and keep it in the freezer.
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
- Beat the eggs and add salt, black pepper, mushrooms and finely chopped parsley.
- Then heat four to five tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan and add half of the egg mixture.
- After cooking on low heat for three to four minutes, add the mashed cheese and six to seven chips and fold the egg over it, cook for two to three minutes and remove from the frying pan.
- Repeat the same procedure with the remaining mixture of eggs.
- And at last sprinkle with the remaining cheese and serve with salad.
