Ingredients for making dough: 

  • Wheat flour two cups, 
  • Salt one pinch, 
  • Cooking oil as required, 
  • Lukewarm milk as required,
Ingredients for chicken filling:
  • Boiled chicken (fibers) 300 grams, 
  • Green chilies (chopped) two, 
  • Salt as required, 
  • Hot spices one quarter tablespoon, 
  • Onion (medium) one, 
  • Green coriander two tablespoons, 
  • Coriander powder half tablespoon, 
  • Red pepper chopped one tablespoon, 
  • Cumin powder half tablespoon, 
  • Cheddar cheese (grated) four tablespoon,
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated) four tablespoon 

Recipe: 

For Chicken Filling:

In a vessel take boiled chicken fibers, add green chilies, salt, hot spices, onion, green coriander, coriander powder, chopped red chilies and cumin powder and mix well. 

For Dough: 

Take flour in a bowl, add salt, cooking oil and mix it. Now add milk and knead it and keep it for 15-20 minutes. Take the ball by making it plain. Add the prepared chicken filling and spread. Now add mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Close it by rolling another wheel. Pour it on tava and cook. 

  • Delicious Chicken Cheese Paratha is ready.
