Chicken and Cream Sauce


Ingredients:

  • Chicken one kg, 
  • Cream cheese two tablespoons, 
  • Fresh cream two tablespoons, 
  • Salt to taste, 
  • Ginger garlic crushed one tablespoon, 
  • Onion two, 
  • Chopped red pepper one teaspoon, 
  • Red pepper crushed Half a teaspoon, 
  • White cumin one teaspoon, 
  • Chaat masala one teaspoon, 
  • Sweet corn half a cup, 
  • Tomato paste four tablespoons, 
  • Chopped black pepper half a teaspoon, 
  • Green chilies two, 
  • Green coriander half a bunch , 
  • Cooking oil four tablespoons.

Recipe:
 
  • Cut the chicken into small pieces, wash them clean, finely chop the green chillies and onions. 
  • Heat cooking oil in a pan and add green chillies and cumin seeds and fry for a minute. 
  • Then fry the onion in it until soft.
  • Add ginger, garlic, salt, tomato paste, chopped and crushed red chillies and chicken, mix and cook on medium flame. 
  • When the water of the chicken becomes dry, add sweet corn and cream paste (mix cream, cheese fresh cream, black pepper and chaat masala) to it and keep it on low flame for five to seven minutes, until oil separate.

Delicious Chicken and Cream Sauce is ready to eat.
