Beetroot meat Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • Meat half a kilo, 
  • Beetroot half a kilo, 
  • Salt to taste, 
  • Ginger garlic crushed one tablespoon, 
  • Onions two medium, 
  • Crushed red pepper one tablespoon, 
  • Turmeric one teaspoon, 
  • Tomatoes three, 
  • Green chilies three 4 tsp, 
  • Mint as desired, 
  • ½ cup of cooking oil.

Recipe: 

Wash and keep the meat, peel and grate the beetroot and wash and finely chop the leaves. 

Boil the beetroot in boiling water for three to four minutes and discard the water. 

Fry finely chopped onion in cooking oil until golden brown and add salt, ginger, garlic, red chillies and turmeric and fry while sprinkling water. 

When the roasted aroma of the spices comes, add the meat and fry it well and add one to one and a half cups of water and let the meat cook. 

When the meat comes to cook, add beetroot and chopped tomatoes and cover it with pickle for five minutes on medium heat and start roasting it. 

Also add beetroot leaves and finely chopped green chillies and mint. 

Remove from the stove when the oil separates.

Delicious Beetroot meat 🥩 is ready to eat.
