| Peanut Butter Custard Recipe |
Ingredients:
- One cup of peanut butter,
- Half a liter of milk,
- Two eggs,
- Two tablespoons of vanilla custard powder,
- Three quarters of a cup of sugar,
- Half a cup of roasted peanuts.
Recipe:
Boil milk to make custard.
When it boils, add sugar
and cook for four to five minutes. Then mix two to three tablespoons of custard
powder in cold milk and pour it into the boiling milk.
Lightly beat the eggs and crush the peanuts thickly. When the
custard thickens, remove from the heat and quickly add the eggs with a spoon.
Layer the chopped peanuts in four medium-sized glasses. Pour and pour the
custard into it when it cools down a bit (fill each glass halfway). Refrigerate
the glasses. After ten to fifteen minutes, when the custard starts to set, add
a quarter cup of peanut butter and top with more custard.
