- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Eggs 2, beaten (for an egg wash) - or use a mixture of all-purpose flour and water as an egg substitute
- Oil for frying
Recipe:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, grated
cheese, chopped onions, bell peppers, minced garlic, chopped green chili, cumin
powder, garam masala (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until all
ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Add the chopped coriander leaves and breadcrumbs to the mixture. This will help bind everything together. Mix thoroughly.
