Ingredients:
- Cocoa powder 2 & 1/2 tbs
- Chocolate chip cookies as required
- Chocolate ganache
- Cherries as required
- Hot water 3 tbs
- Icing sugar 1/2 Cup
- Milk warm 3/4 Cup
- Nescafe Classic 3 tbs
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tbs
- Whipping cream chilled 600ml
Recipe:
In hot water, add instant coffee, mix well and set aside. In another mixing bowl, add whipping cream, cocoa powder, icing sugar, salt, coffee mixture, vanilla essence, mix well and beat until soft peaks form, transfer to a piping bag and set aside. In another mixing bowl, add warm milk, instant coffee and mix well. Dip chocolate chip biscuits in milk and coffee mixture and set in a serving dish. Add prepared coffee and cream mixture and spread evenly. Add another layer of chocolate chip biscuits dipped in milk and coffee mixture and add prepared coffee and cream mixture and spread evenly. Cover and freeze for 4 hours.
Just before serving, you can decorate by sifting some cocoa powder and chocolate ganache, cherries or sprinkle grated chocolate over the top for added flavor and presentation.
