| Afghani Kebab in Sriracha Sauce |
Ingredients:
- Minced meat half a kilo,
- Ginger garlic one tablespoon,
- Salt one teaspoon,
- Chopped onion one,
- Black pepper one teaspoon,
- Hot spices half teaspoon,
- Ground cumin half teaspoon,
- Green coriander and green chilies,
- As per requirement, one slice of bread, one egg.
Ingredients for the Sauce:
Oil ¼ cup, tomato puree half a
cup, ground red chilies one teaspoon, chopped coriander one teaspoon, cumin
seeds chopped one teaspoon, black pepper half teaspoon, salt half teaspoon, hot
spices Half a teaspoon, Sambal Oelek one tablespoon, two tablespoons Sriracha Sauce,
Cream (for garnish) two tablespoons.
Recipe:
- To make kebabs, put all the ingredients in a chopper, grind them and make a smooth paste.
- Now make their kebabs and keep aside.
- To make the sauce, heat the oil and add all the sauce ingredients along with half a cup of water and cook for five minutes.
- Now add kebab in it and cook for ten minutes.
Garnish with chopped green coriander and drizzle with cream.
