Ingredients:
- Boiled bong meat one kilo,
- Boiled tube four,
- Badian flowers four,
- Big cardamom four,
- Dried Ginger one teaspoon,
- Turmeric one teaspoon,
- Salt one teaspoon,
- Tartar 1/2 teaspoon,
- Cumin two teaspoons,
- Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon,
- Cumin 1/2 teaspoon,
- Ground coriander two teaspoons,
- Ground red chilies two teaspoons,
- Fennel two teaspoons,
- Ginger garlic paste one tablespoon,
- Flour Four tablespoons,
- One onion,
- One cup of oil,
- Two glasses of Yakhni.
Recipe:
- Finely grind badian flowers, saffron, sandalwood, cumin, nutmeg, jawtri and large cardamom in a grinder.
- Now mix ground red pepper, salt, ground coriander, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and tartar well in it, then heat oil and add meat and half the spices and fry well.
- Now add Yakhni and flour in it and let it cook for half an hour.
- When it becomes thick, close the stove.
- After that, heat the oil and brown the onion in it and add half the spices and apply tadka on the nahari. Finally, add the tube and serve.
