Ingredients: 

  • Boiled bong meat one kilo, 
  • Boiled tube four, 
  • Badian flowers four, 
  • Big cardamom four, 
  •  Dried Ginger one teaspoon, 
  • Turmeric one teaspoon, 
  • Salt one teaspoon, 
  • Tartar 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • Cumin two teaspoons, 
  • Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • Cumin 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • Ground coriander two teaspoons, 
  • Ground red chilies two teaspoons, 
  • Fennel two teaspoons, 
  • Ginger garlic paste one tablespoon, 
  • Flour Four tablespoons, 
  • One onion, 
  • One cup of oil, 
  • Two glasses of Yakhni.

Recipe: 

  • Finely grind badian flowers, saffron, sandalwood, cumin, nutmeg, jawtri and large cardamom in a grinder. 
  • Now mix ground red pepper, salt, ground coriander, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and tartar well in it, then heat oil and add meat and half the spices and fry well. 
  • Now add Yakhni and flour in it and let it cook for half an hour. 
  • When it becomes thick, close the stove. 
  • After that, heat the oil and brown the onion in it and add half the spices and apply tadka on the nahari. Finally, add the tube and serve.
