Ingredients: 

  • Pound cake mix one packet, 
  • Eggs two, 
  • Water one cup, 
  • Oil 1/2 cup (for topping), 
  • Whipped cream two cups, 
  • Cream (without whipping) one cup, 
  • Sugar two cups, 
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • Butter fifty grams, 
  • Baking soda a pinch, 
  • Almonds 1/2 cup.

Recipe:

  • Put eggs, pound cake mix, oil and water in a bowl and whisk. 
  • Then bake it at 180 degrees Celsius. 
  • After that, take it out and cool it and slice it. 
  • For topping, put sugar in a frying pan and make caramel, then add baking soda, vanilla essence and butter. Mix it. 
  • Now take out half of it. After that put almonds in the tray and spread it. 
  • When set, give it a thick coat, then add unwhipped cream to the remaining caramel and mix it in two parts. 
  • Now add one part to the whipped cream and one tablespoon to the almond mixture.
  • After that, dip the cake slice inside the remaining caramel, then spread the cake slice in the tray and add the cream mixture. 
  • Now put the remaining cake slice on top and add the unbeaten cream mixture. 
  • Finally, sprinkle the almonds and chill in the fridge for 4 hours. Serve. 
  • Butter Scotch Pudding is ready.
