Butter Scotch Pudding Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Pound cake mix one packet,
- Eggs two,
- Water one cup,
- Oil 1/2 cup (for topping),
- Whipped cream two cups,
- Cream (without whipping) one cup,
- Sugar two cups,
- Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon,
- Butter fifty grams,
- Baking soda a pinch,
- Almonds 1/2 cup.
Recipe:
- Put eggs, pound cake mix, oil and water in a bowl and whisk.
- Then bake it at 180 degrees Celsius.
- After that, take it out and cool it and slice it.
- For topping, put sugar in a frying pan and make caramel, then add baking soda, vanilla essence and butter. Mix it.
- Now take out half of it. After that put almonds in the tray and spread it.
- When set, give it a thick coat, then add unwhipped cream to the remaining caramel and mix it in two parts.
- Now add one part to the whipped cream and one tablespoon to the almond mixture.
- After that, dip the cake slice inside the remaining caramel, then spread the cake slice in the tray and add the cream mixture.
- Now put the remaining cake slice on top and add the unbeaten cream mixture.
- Finally, sprinkle the almonds and chill in the fridge for 4 hours. Serve.
