Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 1/2 kg,
- Black pepper one teaspoon,
- Celery one teaspoon,
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon,
- Oregano 1/2 teaspoon,
- Ground red pepper one teaspoon,
- Corn flour four tablespoons,
- Oil for frying
- (Ingredients for sauce);
- Finely chopped ginger four tablespoons,
- Brown sugar one teaspoon,
- Red pepper chopped two teaspoons,
- Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup,
- Vinegar two tablespoons,
- Soy sauce two tablespoons Spoon,
- One tablespoon of garlic,
- Two tablespoons of oil
Recipe:
- Put black pepper, salt, celery, oregano, ground red pepper and corn flour on the fish and leave it for ten minutes.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry it.
- To make sauce, heat oil and fry garlic.
- Now add finely chopped ginger, brown sugar, chopped red chillies, tomato ketchup, vinegar and soy sauce and cook it.
