Ingredients: 

  • Fish fillet 1/2 kg, 
  • Black pepper one teaspoon, 
  • Celery one teaspoon, 
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • Oregano 1/2 teaspoon, 
  • Ground red pepper one teaspoon, 
  • Corn flour four tablespoons, 
  • Oil for frying 

  1. (Ingredients for sauce);

  • Finely chopped ginger four tablespoons, 
  • Brown sugar one teaspoon, 
  • Red pepper chopped two teaspoons, 
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup, 
  • Vinegar two tablespoons, 
  • Soy sauce two tablespoons Spoon, 
  • One tablespoon of garlic, 
  • Two tablespoons of oil

Recipe: 

  • Put black pepper, salt, celery, oregano, ground red pepper and corn flour on the fish and leave it for ten minutes. 
  • Now heat oil in a pan and fry it. 
  • To make sauce, heat oil and fry garlic. 
  • Now add finely chopped ginger, brown sugar, chopped red chillies, tomato ketchup, vinegar and soy sauce and cook it.
