Ingredients: 

  • Six to eight eggs, 
  • Half a cup of mayonnaise, 
  • Salt to taste, 
  • Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, 
  • One teaspoon of parsley, 
  • Cooking oil as needed.

Recipe: 

This dish is usually made with boiled eggs. But this time we try to make it with poached eggs. To make it; 

  • Take small aluminum bowls and put a drop of cooking oil in each bowl and sprinkle a pinch of salt on it. 
  • Place the bowls in the frying pan and each add one egg white to the bowl. 
  • Carefully add water (do not go into the bowl) to the frying pan and cover it with a glass lid and keep it on medium heat. 
  • In three to four minutes the whites will be fully cooked
  • Remove them from the stove and drain the water. 
  • And when it cools completely, cut the bowls and take out the egg whites. 
  • Pour one to two tablespoons of cooking oil into the frying pan and add the egg yolks to it and whisk quickly on medium heat. 
  • After cooking for a minute, remove from the stove, beat the yolks with an electric beater and add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. 
  • Your dish is ready.
