Easy Thai Shrimp Soup |
Ingredients:
- Rice (fried) four tablespoons,
- prawns one pao,
- capsicum one,
- black pepper 1/2 teaspoon,
- salt 1/2 teaspoon,
- garlic cloves two,
- ginger two pieces,
- Yakhni two cups,
- butter one tablespoon,
- two cups of coconut milk,
- one tablespoon of lemon juice,
- 1/2 teaspoon of Thai red curry paste,
- one teaspoon of green onion,
- two teaspoons of coriander.
- First fry garlic and ginger in butter.
- Now add prawns and fry well, then add yakhni and cook.
- When the prawns are cooked, add black pepper, salt, Thai red curry paste and coconut milk and cook on low flame for five minutes.
- Now add capsicum and green onion and cook for a while
- finally serve with lemon juice, fried rice and green coriander.
